:
since 1978 head of the surgical department of the 2nd district hospital of the city of p. Uvarovichi, Gomel region;
from 1979 to 1987 he worked as an orthopedist-traumatologist at the 1st children's polyclinic in Grodno and as a duty officer for children's surgery at the regional children's hospital;
In 1987 he was elected by competition to the position of assistant of the Department of Pediatric Surgery at the State Medical Institute, where for 8 years he supervised issues of pediatric orthopedics and traumatology
For 20 years (May 1989 - July 2009), he was in charge of the first created regional children's orthopedic and traumatology department;
in 1995. transferred to the position of an assistant at the Department of Traumatology, Orthopedics and VPH GGMI;
since 2005 Associate Professor of the Department of Traumatology, Orthopedics and VPH;
in June 2010 appointed to the post of head. Department of Traumatology, Orthopedics and VPH, Grodno State Medical University.

On September 2, 2008, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus, he was awarded the medal "For Labor Merit".
For the cycle of works "Biomechanical studies of the human musculoskeletal system and new methods of correction of dysfunctions of the feet" the prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus 2011 was awarded.
